Acwise ("we", "us", "our") operates the acwise.ai platform. Your deal data belongs to you. This policy explains how we handle it.

Your Data Stays Yours

Acwise is a tool your organization uses to manage its own deal pipeline. We do not access, review, or use your deal data for any purpose other than running the platform for you. We have no interest in your deals, your underwriting, or your pipeline strategy.

What We Need to Run the Platform

To provide the service, we store:

• Login credentials: Your name, email, and password so you can sign in.
• Phone number: Only if you choose to enable SMS notifications.

Your organization's deal data (property details, documents, financials) is stored in an isolated database partition that only your organization can access. No other organization on the platform can see your data, and neither can we without your explicit permission.

How the Platform Works

Acwise uses AI to power features like the property evaluator and chat assistant. When you use these features, the relevant data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing and returned to you. This data is not stored by the AI provider or used to train AI models.

If your organization connects file storage (Box, SharePoint, Google Drive), documents stay in your own storage account. Acwise reads and writes to your storage on your behalf but does not copy or retain your files.

What We Will Never Do

• Sell or share your data with third parties.
• Use your deal data for marketing, analytics, or any purpose beyond running the platform.
• Allow other organizations on the platform to access your data.
• Contact your brokers, sellers, or counterparties.

Data Isolation

Each organization on Acwise operates in a completely separate database schema. This is enforced at the database level, not just the application level. Even in the unlikely event of a software bug, one organization's data cannot leak to another.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sensitive configuration is encrypted at rest. Access is controlled through authenticated sessions with your organization's email domain.

SMS

If you link your phone number, you can text Acwise to get deal updates via SMS. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP or disconnecting your phone in the app. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency depends on your usage.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Organization admins can also remove users from their org.
