Acwise is a commercial real estate acquisitions intelligence platform. It provides deal tracking, property evaluation, AI-powered chat assistance, document management, and SMS notifications.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You agree to use Acwise only for lawful purposes related to commercial real estate analysis. You will not:
You retain ownership of all deal data, documents, and content you upload to Acwise. We do not claim ownership of your data. We use your data only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acwise uses AI services to provide screening scores, chat assistance, and document parsing. AI outputs are informational and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Acwise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or investment decisions made based on platform outputs.
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow export, after which it may be deleted.
